Building a Safer, Stronger Bear Valley Together
As a lifelong full-time and part-time resident of Bear Valley Springs for 45 years, I have developed a deep appreciation for our community's values, history and future growth. I feel it is my time to volunteer, give back and help ensure that future generations can enjoy our valley. With experience in business, real estate and various volunteer programs, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to community development.
As the visionary behind the revitalization of the Stallion Springs Golf Course, a passion project, I remain committed to preserving and enhancing the amenities that make our greater community thrive. In addition to my professional experience, I have served as a dedicated volunteer on the Lake Quality Advisory Committee, working to protect one of our most valued amenities.
My leadership style is rooted in transparency and open communication. I believe in an open-door policy to ensure all residents feel heard, while building stronger collaboration between the Association, Members and the Community Services District.
If elected, I'll focus on protecting the character of Bear Valley while promoting responsible growth, sustainability, engagement and improved infrastructure.

Community
Lifelong community member with deep roots in Bear Valley Springs. I understand our community's history and values and the challenges that we face in the coming years. I will look to bridge the conversation between the members, the Board and the CSD when addressing serious concerns such as public safety and infrastructure demands.
Business/Real Estate/Property Management
With over 40 properties under management I have the experience and background to help assist in making decisions on maintenance, cost analysis, renovation and new project developments.
Vision for Growth
I see an opportunity to update and maintain our amenities with focus on improvements and maintenance with consideration to what that means to our membership fees. The dynamics of Bear Valley Springs are much different than they were pre-2020 and we need to meet these challenges so families and residents of all ages feel safe, heard and effectively represented.

Youth
Investing in Our Youth, Investing in Bear Valley's Future
For many, including myself, Bear Valley Springs began as a second home — a peaceful retreat. One day, it will likely become my retirement home. But in between, I've watched it grow into something more.
Today, we're seeing more young families and kids becoming part of this community. With that growth comes the need for more youth activities and family-friendly amenities.
I believe the HOA has an important role to play in supporting this next generation, by providing programs and spaces that foster community, recreation, and a true sense of belonging for our youth.
